FAQ
Do you take walk-ins?
The spa is small and intimate on purpose, so appointments come first and walk-in availability depends entirely on the day. Booking online is the reliable route — and it shows you exactly which times are open.
How do I book an appointment?
Everything runs through the live GlossGenius booking menu, where you pick the service, the professional and the time without any back-and-forth. Prefer a voice? Call the spa directly.
What does the “+” next to a price mean?
It marks a starting price. Length, removal, repairs and custom art all affect the final total, which is quoted before any work begins.
Can you remove work from another salon?
Yes. Removal is booked as part of your appointment so the natural nail is filed down properly rather than rushed. Mention what you currently have on when you book.
Which lasts longer — Gel-X or hard gel?
Both hold two to three weeks before a fill. Gel-X adds length with a soft-gel tip; hard gel is an overlay that reinforces the nail you already have. If you are growing your natural nails out, hard gel is usually the better call.
Do you do services for kids?
Kids, pre-teen and teen options are on the menu, sized and priced for shorter appointments and gentler steps.
What is your cancellation policy?
Give the spa as much notice as you can so the time can go to someone else. Deposits on enhancement and gel services are handled inside the booking system, which shows the current policy at checkout.
